4th Congress of Paediatricians in Bosnia and Herzegovina with international participation During the last Congress held in Mostar, it was decided that the next Congress will take place in Neum.

2. Overweight in children
3. Role and significance of the paediatricians in the primary health service in the system of children healthcare
4. Palliative treatment of children

Invited speakers will be from USA, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegria and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Special guests will be dr. Chok-wan CHAN, president of the International Pediatric Association (IPA), and prof. Enver Hasanoglu,  secretary general of  Union of Middle East and Mediterranean Pediatric Societes (UMEMPS).
Congress will be under auspices of mrs. Borjana Kristo, president of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Summaries/abstracts have to be written in Microsoft Word, Time New Roman 10 and must have up to 300 words. Summaries have to include: Title, authors, institutions they work in.
Text of the abstract must include: object, methods and procedures, results and conclusion.
Under the text, include key words, up to six words (using MeSH is desirable).

Deadline for sending Abstracts/summaries is 01.05.2010.
Abstracts/Summaries can be written in one of the three official languages that are used in Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as in English.
Abstracts/Summaries written in the English language will be published on the official web page.
All accepted Abstracts/Summaries will be published in the Compilation of Works.
Abstracts/Summaries will also be published on the official CD of the 4th Congress which will be handed out to all participants. Abstracts will be published only if one of the authors paid Congress participation fee.
Participation at the Congress will be rated according to the Rulebook of the Medical Chamber.
All participants will receive their Participation Certificate.
